Four steps, and most of them are ours
- Choose your set. One photo, five, or fifteen. You can always add more later.
- Reply to your confirmation email and attach the photo. That is the entire process. No app, no account, no upload page. A clear picture taken with your phone is enough, and you never post us the original print.
- We restore it. We repair tears, creases, water damage, fading, spots and scratches, recover the detail in the faces, and add natural colour if you asked for it.
- You get it back. A high resolution file ready to print at 8 x 10, plus a smaller copy for your phone and for family group chats. Single photos come back within 24 hours.
How to photograph a print with your phone
Lay it flat, use daylight rather than the flash, keep your own shadow off it, hold the phone parallel to the print and fill the frame. Take three and send us all of them. That is genuinely all it takes. The full guide is here.

What we will tell you honestly
Restoration is repair, not invention. If a face is genuinely missing rather than damaged, no one can bring it back truthfully, and we will tell you that before you pay rather than sending you a stranger who looks a bit like your grandmother. Send us a picture of the photo first and we will give you a straight answer.
How the work is done
We use AI assisted retouching tools, operated and reviewed by a person. That is what lets us charge $34 instead of the $200 a traditional studio charges, and turn work around in a day instead of three weeks. Every file is checked by a human before it reaches you.
