Not sure your photo can be saved?
This is the most common message we get. Send us a picture of it before you buy anything and we will tell you honestly what we think we can do with it, including when the answer is not much. It costs you nothing and it takes us a few minutes.
Working to a deadline
If there is a service, a birthday or a printer's cut off, say so in your first message and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it.
